Starter Sites go live in 7–10 days from kickoff. Pro Sites take 2–3 weeks. The 48-hour offer is the GBP Tune-Up, not a full website.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Never. Every monthly plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime — you keep everything that's already built or published.
Who owns the website?
You do. Full ownership of the code, the domain, the hosting account, the analytics — everything. No platform lock-in, no licensing tricks.
What platform do you build on?
We pick the right tool for the job — usually a fast static site, sometimes WordPress if you need a CMS. Either way, you own it and we hand off all access.
Do you write the copy?
Pro Site includes full copywriting. Starter Site includes copy polish on what you already have. Either way, you approve before launch.
Do I need to be on calls all the time?
One 15-minute kickoff. After that, almost everything is async — we send Looms, you reply when you have a minute. Optional 30-minute monthly call on SEO Pro.
What if I don't love what you deliver?
Two rounds of revisions are included on every build. After launch, you have 14 days for a full money-back refund if it's not right.
Do you guarantee SEO rankings?
No honest agency does. SEO is compounding — what we guarantee is the work, the deliverables, and the reporting. Most clients see meaningful movement within 90 days.
